Barrisol ceilings have an excellent fire rating: Class 1 in Canada, the United States and Italy, Class M1 in France and Belgium, Class B1 in Germany, and Class 0 in Great Britain. The CAN/ULC-S102.2 Surface Burning Characteristics test show that Barrisol's FSC1 results are 0 and the SD results less than 5. Full test results for Transport Canada are available upon requests.
